Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers for collection of outstanding loan dues.
Follow up with customers through calls and field visits.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Ensure timely payment recovery and reduce overdue accounts.
Coordinate with the branch team and reporting manager regarding collection status.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related issues.
Submit daily/weekly collection reports as required.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or loan collections.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Ability to work with collection targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹9,580.95 - ₹20,000.20 per month
