Our client is looking for an experienced
Business Development Head
to lead business expansion across the electrical infrastructure sector. The role requires a strategic qualified with strong industry relationships, excellent business development skills, and the ability to establish Rebuilt Techz as a preferred electrical contracting and empanelment partner for leading private and institutional organizations.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating business, developing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the electrical, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, power, or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and converting recent business opportunities.
Build relationships with procurement teams, project heads, consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Lead vendor registration and empanelment activities with private and institutional clients.




Identify and pursue high-value electrical infrastructure projects.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Generate a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with estimation, engineering, and project execution teams for proposal preparation.
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming project prospects.
Build and mentor the future Business Development team.
Present weekly business updates, pipeline reports, and KPIs to leadership.

Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of Business Development experience.
Experience in
Electrical Infrastructure / EPC / MEP / Industrial Projects / Power / Energy / Real Estate
sectors.
Strong understanding of vendor empanelment and procurement processes.
