Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while promoting our IT services and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities




Generate new business prospects through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer requirements through discovery discussions.
Present and promote cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, AMC, managed services, and 800ITCare solutions.
Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Manage customer relationships, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
