Position: Fabrication / Production Engineer / Supervisor
Location: Hyderabad

Department: Fabrication / Production
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities
Supervise fabrication and production activities as per project requirements.
Monitor fabrication processes, welding activities, assembly work, and production schedules.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Coordinate with production teams, quality inspectors, and project engineers.
Prepare daily production reports and maintain project documentation.
Optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity on the shop floor.
Ensure timely completion of fabrication and production targets.




Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
Maintain discipline and safety compliance among workforce.

Required Skills
Knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding processes, and production planning.
Experience in heavy fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial projects.
Ability to handle manpower and shop-floor operations independently.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Familiarity with quality standards and safety practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, heavy engineering, EPC, cement, sugar, power, or industrial projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
