Manage and maintain customer records, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer communication.
Monitor customer requirements, resolve basic queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare regular reports related to leads, follow-ups, conversions, pending cases, and customer status.
Identify inactive or pending leads and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Support the team in improving customer retention, engagement, and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
