Paywint is a US-based fintech company working with customers in the US market. We are looking for an enthusiastic Chat & Cold Calling Executive to join our night-shift team.

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer conversations through chat and voice calls.
Communicate with US customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
Make cold calls to potential customers and explain our services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
Identify and solve basic customer issues or coordinate with the senior team member when required.
Maintain proper communication and follow up with customers when needed.
Work closely with the senior team member and other team members to achieve daily goals.
Support the team in a fast-paced startup work setting.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.

Requirements
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with both voice calls and chat support.




Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Enthusiastic, responsible and willing to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team and support coworkers.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
