Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication throughout the engagement.
Business Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
Service Delivery & Process Improvement: Monitor service delivery and identify prospects to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and overall client experience.
Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular client meetings, requirement discussions, status reviews, and performance meetings to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
Business & Data Analysis: Analyze business data, performance metrics, and client feedback to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Issue & Risk Management: Identify,



analyze, and resolve business and operational issues while proactively managing risks and escalations.
Account & Business Growth: Support account planning, client retention, renewal discussions, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, dashboards, reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation for stakeholders.
Client Advocacy: Represent the client’s requirements and business priorities in internal discussions, ensuring solutions are aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.
Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Work collaboratively with internal teams and provide guidance to junior team members on business analysis, client management, and process improvement practices.
