Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Developement Manager (Inbound Sales) to handle incoming client inquiries, understand their business needs, and guide them toward our accounting, tax, and compliance services. You will act as the primary bridge between incoming business leads and our execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Conversion:
Connect with warm inbound leads (web inquiries, WhatsApp, referrals) promptly to analyze their accounting and compliance requirements.
Conduct consultative calls to explain our service offerings (GST, Accounting, Tax Filing, Business Registration).

Proposal & Closing
Draft transparent service proposals, quote pricing structures, and follow up systematically to close deals.
Handle client objections, align expectations, and smoothly hand over converted clients to the execution team.

Pipeline Management




Maintain and update lead status, conversation notes, and deal stages in CRM daily.
Track conversion rates and follow-up schedules to ensure zero lead leakage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Client Acquisition, or Inside Sales (preferably selling B2B services, financial products, or SaaS).

Communication- Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)

Key Skills:Active listening, consultative selling, objection handling, basic understanding of business structures (Private Limited, LLP, GST basics).

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business API, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
