We are looking for an experienced and responsible HCV Spare Parts Technical Sales Executive who has robust practical knowledge of heavy commercial vehicle spare parts and can combine technical parts knowledge, accurate parts identification, customer handling and sales ability.

JOB SUMMARY

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements,



identifying the correct heavy commercial vehicle spare parts, verifying vehicle/application and part numbers, checking stock, preparing quotations, following up with customers and converting enquiries into sales.

This is not a generic sales position.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of HCV spare parts and should be able to identify parts based on:
Vehicle brand/model
Application
Part number
Physical part/sample
Photograph
Customer requirement

The candidate should also be comfortable using computer systems, inventory/ERP software and WhatsApp for customer communication.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. HCV Spare Parts Identification
Identify heavy commercial vehicle spare parts accurately.
Understand the application of different spare parts across Tata, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, Eicher, MAN, AMW and other HCV brands.
