Preparing the Joint inspection report and sharing the observations with the claim handler

Briefing the details of survey to the claim handler along with video call and photographs for better understanding.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR CLAIMS EXECUTIVE
Receive and review insurance claims and related documents.
Enter claim information into the claims management system.
Acknowledge receipt of claims and communicate with claimants regarding the status of their claims.




Conduct a thorough survey to determine the validity of claims.
Collect and analyze evidence, including photographs, witness statements, and other relevant documentation.
Coordinate with surveyors and other specialists to assess damage and determine the extent of loss.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and related activities.
Prepare and submit required documentation for claim approval and payment.
Ensure confidentiality and security of claim information.
