What You’ll Be Doing

Operations & Founder Support
Manage calendars, schedules, travel coordination, and day-to-day organisational tasks
Keep business activities digitally organised and running smoothly

Brand & Content Development
Create engaging LinkedIn posts, stories, and brand content
Research industry events and identify relevant networking & speaking opportunities
Support communication initiatives, including the launch and management of a podcast
Help strengthen the company’s digital presence and brand visibility

Client Support & Execution
Conduct desk research and gather relevant market information
Collect, compare, and organise vendor proposals




Support client projects with research, coordination, and execution
Take ownership of varied tasks based on client requirements

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of relevant experience in Content, Executive Assistance, Marketing, Communications, or Business Coordination
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – MUST
Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate requirements
Comfortable using AI tools and contemporary productivity platforms
Solid research, organisational, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
German language skills would be an added advantage
