Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience and robust knowledge of accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting the company's financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation.




Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
Maintain payroll-related accounting records and support salary processing.
Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Support audits and provide required financial documents.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books or other accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
