Sales & Business Performance
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average bill value, UPT, and store productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Analyze sales reports and identify growth prospects.

Team Management
Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive, high-performing, and customer-focused work workplace.

Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
Build customer loyalty through engagement and relationship management.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.

Store Operations
Ensure smooth functioning of all store operations.
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.




Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Inventory & Loss Prevention
Manage stock accuracy and conduct periodic inventory checks.
Minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and inventory losses.
Ensure proper handling of stock receipts, transfers, and returns.
Maintain asset protection and security standards.

Financial Management
Control store expenses and optimize operational costs.
Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales and financial transactions.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain store safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure all team members comply with health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
