Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensure accurate and timely salary processing, maintain employee payroll records, and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, incentives, arrears, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
Process statutory deductions and compliances such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, etc., as applicable.
Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, payslips, and payroll MIS.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for salary disbursement and payroll-related requirements.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, tax, and other payroll matters.




Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll data.
Support employee onboarding, salary structure updates, increments, transfers, and exits.
Ensure payroll is processed within defined timelines with high accuracy.
Coordinate with external payroll consultants/vendors, if applicable.
Maintain proper payroll documentation and support internal/external audits.
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory payroll regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in payroll/HR operations.
Positive knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and preferably HRMS/Payroll software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
