Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day building operations and verify that work aligns with approved blueprints and technical drawings.
Quality Control: Perform routine checks and tests on raw materials and completed tasks to meet structural benchmarks.
Team Coordination: Communicate with architects, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve workflow blockages.
Resource Management: Track and distribute machinery, tools, and labor efficiently to minimize waste.
Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations to protect all in office personnel.
