Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Female US Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.




Meet defined hiring targets and recruitment timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in US Hiring, International Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid English communication skills; US accent will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
Graduation is mandatory.

Additional Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Must own a vehicle for commuting.
Immediate joiners preferred.
