Screen profiles based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls.

Understand candidate experience, current salary, expected salary, notice period and availability.

Shortlist suitable candidates for further interview rounds.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.

Maintain proper records of candidates and interview status.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Employee Onboarding

Coordinate the complete onboarding process for current employees.

Collect required employee documents and information.

Introduce recent employees to company processes, policies and team members.





Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every recent employee.
HR Operations

Maintain updated employee records and HR database.

Track employee attendance, leave and working hours.

Maintain employee joining and exit records.

Coordinate probation confirmation and employee documentation.

Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave and other HR matters.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Employee Engagement & Coordination

Maintain regular communication with employees.

Understand employee concerns and communicate relevant issues to management.

Support management in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Coordinate internal meetings, employee engagement activities and team initiatives when required.

Assist in resolving basic workplace concerns professionally.

Coordinate with team leads to track employee performance.
