Job Description: Senior Executive/Asst Manager – Accounts and Audit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Accounts and Audit with 4–6 years of experience in a reputed CA firm. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, taxation, and accounting, along with a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance. The role requires excellent analytical abilities, accuracy in financial reporting, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and support Statutory Audits in compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements/ Reports.
Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP.
Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 while preparing financial statements.




Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Handle Income Tax computations, return filings, and related documentation.
Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using MS Excel.
Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
