About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Customer Development Manager – Field Sales to drive B2B sales, new customer acquisition, market development and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Trading & Distribution, Rubber & Petrochemical, Industrial Products, or similar B2B industries and be comfortable with extensive field travel and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new B2B customers and expand the existing customer base.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage sales volumes of 25+ metric tons and demonstrate experience handling high-volume sales targets.
Generate leads, conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, fulfilment and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to drive repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and customer updates for management.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
Experience in Trading & Distribution, Rubber & Petrochemical, Industrial Products, or related industries preferred.
Proven experience managing 25+ metric ton sales targets/volumes.
Solid B2B sales and business development skills.
Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage a territory and customer portfolio.
