Job Summary

Selected candidates will undergo a structured Management Training Program with practical exposure to four key business functions:
Human Resources (HR)
Finance
Administration
Sales & Marketing

This role is designed for candidates who are interested in developing their communication, leadership, business management, sales, and team-handling skills, with opportunities for career progression based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote client brands professionally.
Support and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
Interact with customers and build solid professional relationships.
Participate in customer acquisition and business development activities.




Gain practical exposure to HR, Finance, Administration, and Sales & Marketing functions.
Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
Participate in team coordination and management activities.
Develop leadership, communication, negotiation, and business management skills.
Take responsibility for assigned business activities and contribute to overall team growth.
