Job Purpose

To manage and facilitate all statutory approvals, permissions, and clearances across MIDC and other government authorities for real estate projects, ensuring seamless compliance and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Government Liaisoning & Approvals
Coordinate with MIDC officials and other regulatory bodies for project-related approvals, permissions, and clearances.
Manage end-to-end documentation and submission process for:
Land allotment / transfer approvals
Building plan sanctions
Commencement Certificate (CC) / Occupation Certificate (OC)
NOCs from MIDC and allied departments
Follow up regularly with authorities to ensure timely approvals.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all MIDC regulations, urban development norms, and statutory requirements.
Stay updated on latest policies, circulars, and regulatory changes affecting real estate development.
Mitigate delays by proactively addressing compliance gaps.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with MIDC officials, government authorities,



consultants, and external agencies.
Act as a single point of contact for liaisoning matters related to assigned projects.
Coordinate internally with design, legal, projects, and approvals teams.
Documentation & Coordination
Maintain records of all submissions, approvals, correspondences, and legal documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents submitted to authorities.
Work closely with architects, consultants, and legal teams for document preparation.
Issue Resolution
Identify potential bottlenecks in approval processes and proactively resolve them.
Handle queries, objections, or compliance gaps raised by authorities.
Ensure smooth processing without impacting project timelines.

Key Requirements

Experience & Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Civil / Architecture / Law background).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in liaisoning, specific
