Zumba, Yoga, Dance, HIIT and more
to customers. We’re building a sales team that knows how to have real conversations, understand customer needs and turn interest into conversions.

The Role

We’re looking for a
Sales
who enjoys talking to people and knows how to close.

This is an
outbound calling role
, but not the typical high-pressure telecalling job. You’ll speak with interested customers/leads, understand what they’re looking for, explain the right Fitzee plans and convert them into paying customers.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Fitzee plans.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
Handle objections confidently and move conversations towards closure.




Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Share customer feedback to help improve the sales process.
Work closely with the marketing and customer engagement teams.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience
in sales, inside sales, tele-sales or business development.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
A natural ability to build rapport and close conversations.
Target-oriented, but not someone who needs constant pushing.
Valuable objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM or lead-management tools is a plus.
Prior experience in
fitness, wellness, edtech, consumer subscriptions or D2C
will be an advantage.
