About the Role

Skylinx Global Solutions is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to promote and sell Emplinx HRMS, our HR technology solution designed to help businesses streamline employee management and HR operations.

This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity where your earnings are directly linked to successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential B2B leads for Emplinx HRMS.
Contact businesses through calls, LinkedIn, email, references, and other channels.
Understand the HR and workforce management requirements of potential clients.
Explain the features and benefits of Emplinx HRMS.
Schedule product demonstrations and client discussions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.




Negotiate with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Commission Structure
No fixed salary for this position.
Earn commission on successful sales generated by you.
Your earning potential increases with the number and value of successful sales.
Commission will be paid according to the company's applicable sales and commission policy.
Commission eligibility is subject to successful client conversion, onboarding/payment, and applicable company terms.
