Key Responsibilities
Implement and rollout of ERP systems across OET institutions and departments.
Coordinate with all the departments for ERP-related requirements and processes.
Coordinate with the ERP vendor/technical team for configuration, system issues, updates and required changes.
Monitor ERP data accuracy, system usage and pending issues.
Prepare ERP-related MIS and reports as required.
Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, requirements and system changes.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in ERP operations, implementation support or a similar role.
Valuable understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Solid problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external ERP vendors.
Work Location: In person
