Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIT Support Engineer (L2/L3) to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud settings. The role involves handling critical incidents, ensuring high system availability, and acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues in a 24x7 operational setup.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure using 24x7 monitoring tools
Act as L2/L3 escalation point for complex incidents (P1/P2) and perform root cause analysis (RCA)




Administer and support Windows/Linux servers and enterprise applications
Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
Manage Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) including policies, failover, and performance tuning
Support data center operations including servers, SAN storage, and virtualization platforms
Administer VMware/ESXi environments (VM provisioning, snapshots, cluster health)
Manage and support cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Handle Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, MFA)
Ensure infrastructure security using antivirus, EDR tools, and security best practices
Lead or support IT infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, deployments)
Maintain SOPs, documentation, DR plans, and knowledge base
Coordinate with vendors/TAMs for issue resolution and hardware/software support
Mentor and guide junior engineers and improve team performance
Ensure compliance with IT security stan
