Sales Coordinator – Job Description
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with Sales Engineers and customers.
Follow up for quotations, orders and payments.
Process sales orders and coordinate with Purchase, Stores & Dispatch.
Maintain customer, quotation and order records in Live Google Sheets / Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely response.
Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Skills: Positive communication, Live Google Sheets email handling, follow-up and coordination skills. Experience in industrial/engineering products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
