Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freight Broker & Dispatcher to oversee end-to-end freight execution. This dual-function role is responsible for sourcing and negotiating loads, vetting carriers, tracking active shipments in real time, and maintaining daily driver/carrier communication across US highway networks.

Key Responsibilities
Freight Brokerage & Sales
Source and secure loads from shippers, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and existing client relationships.
Onboard, vet, and maintain active carrier networks according to safety, insurance, and FMCSA regulations.
Negotiate competitive spot market rates and contract rates with shippers and carrier dispatchers.
Issue Rate Confirmations, Carrier-Broker Agreements, and dispatch instructions.
Dispatch & Logistics Operations




Assign shipments to vetted drivers/carriers and establish pickup/delivery appointments.
Conduct routine check calls to track and trace drivers from origin to destination.
Resolve in-transit exceptions, such as bad weather, breakdowns, port delays, or detention times.
Optimize OTR (Over-the-Road) routes and ensure driver compliance with Hours-of-Service (HOS) safety limits.
Documentation & Account Management
Manage load status and maintain accurate records within the company TMS (Transportation Management System).
Collect, review, and organize freight documents including Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and Rate Confirmations.
Address customer inquiries promptly and manage freight claims or billing discrepancies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
