Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mechatronics Design Intern to support the design, development, prototyping, and integration of electro-mechanical systems, robotics, and automation solutions. The role provides hands-on exposure to real-world product development and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing electro-mechanical systems using CAD tools.
Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
Support integration of sensors, actuators, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
Assist in prototyping, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
Support DFM/DFA, manufacturability, and ease of assembly activities.
Assist with component identification and procurement, including sensors, actuators, fasteners, and electrical parts.
Perform basic inspection and quality checks of components and assemblies.
Maintain BOMs, drawings, test records, and technical documentation.




Work with mechanical, electronics, and firmware teams for smooth system integration.

CAD: SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / AutoCAD
3D Modeling & Assembly Design

Basic Electronics
PLCs & Microcontrollers – Basic Knowledge
Engineering Drawings & GD&T;
Manufacturing & Prototyping: 3D Printing, Machining, Sheet Metal
Basic System Integration & Troubleshooting
MS Excel and technical documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final year.
Basic understanding of mechanical design and electro-mechanical systems.
Solid interest in robotics, automation, product development, and prototyping.
