Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee electrical and lighting projects from initiation to completion.

• Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Manage site staff, provide training, coaching, and performance appraisals.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and site administration as per company requirements.

• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions and maintain high standards of site presentation.

• Solid understanding of electrical drawings, project planning, erection, and maintenance.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; valuable knowledge of internet tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions under pressure.

• Familiarity with LED lighting systems and automation solutions.
