Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented F&B; Service GSA (Guest Service Associate) to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a qualified and courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Handle guest requests, queries, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
Maintain adequate service supplies and equipment.




Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Provide a pleasant dining experience to guests.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Freshers and candidates with relevant F&B; experience may apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
