Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, telecalling, referrals, field visits and digital enquiries.
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences and budget.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options and offers.
Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned business objectives.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and other departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records in CRM/system.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and bookings.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Generate repeat business and customer referrals.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns and local marketing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during vehicle booking and delivery.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after delivery.
