MicroDegree is looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of digital campaigns, drive qualified leads, and optimize marketing performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Generate and analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with the Content, Design, Sales, and Business teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.




Track marketing funnels and identify areas for improving overall ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Robust experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Positive understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing funnels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in lead generation campaigns is an added advantage.
Ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Robust communication In English & Kannada With collaboration skills.
