About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Execution Incharge to lead and supervise construction execution for high-rise residential/commercial building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Mivan Shuttering, RCC and civil execution, along with proven site coordination and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site execution of high-rise building projects.
Handle Mivan shuttering and RCC construction activities.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials and equipment deployment.
Identify execution issues, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.




Coordinate effectively between civil, structural and finishing activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering preferred/mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Strong experience in High-Rise Residential / Commercial Projects.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Mivan Shuttering.
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural and civil construction execution.
Excellent site coordination, manpower handling and team management skills.
Candidates from developer, contractor or construction companies with solid high-rise execution experience will be preferred.
