Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end data center projects, including design, construction, migration, expansion, and modernization initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, Network, Security, Vendors, and Contractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee installation and commissioning of servers, storage, networking equipment, power, cooling, and monitoring systems.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with data center standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Facilitate change management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead data center migration and relocation projects with minimal business disruption.
Maintain project documentation, reports, lessons learned, and project closure activities.
