Primary Skills
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Delinea Secret Server (PAM).
Robust working knowledge of Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and access administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, roles, and access management.
Ability to troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and service requests.

Secondary Skills
Understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), SSO, and identity lifecycle management.
Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access reviews.
Understanding of IAM governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of reporting and data analysis using MS Office tools, particularly Excel

Preferred
IAM-related certification(s) such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or other relevant IAM certifications will be an added advantage.
