Chinese Chef / Momo Specialist

Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skills

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef / Momo Specialist who is an expert in making thin, soft, juicy and healthy momos.

Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality veg and non-veg momos.
Prepare healthy, low-oil and high-protein fillings.
Expert in momo dough, wrapping, shaping and steaming.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion sizes.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Help develop recent healthy momo recipes.
Guide and supervise the kitchen helper when required.

Requirements
Previous experience in momo making is preferred.




Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and momo preparation.
Positive speed, hygiene and consistency.
Experience with chicken, paneer, tofu and vegetable momos is a plus.
