About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have robust design and technical skills with experience in architectural planning, design development, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD (mandatory).
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.




Create 3D models and visual presentations using Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with building codes, industry standards, and architectural trends.

Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in architectural design and project execution.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Valuable understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical documentation.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
