Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary to the CEO of Evolve Digital. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker with robust communication and organisational skills. This entry-level position requires adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a agile work environment. As the Personal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide productive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations,



and itinerary planning for the CEO's business trips.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, conferences, and workshops as directed by the CEO.
Prioritisation: Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines to ensure efficient completion of assignments.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve administrative and logistical challenges to support smooth business operations.
General Office Support: Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling incoming calls.
