Role & responsibilities
Statutory Compliance: Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to the CLRA Act and state-specific labour laws.
Vendor Governance: Manage workforce vendors, verify contractor licenses, and audit wage disbursements.
Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate inspections and interface with government labor bodies or officials.
Welfare & Safety Audits: Verify that contract workers receive correct minimum wages, safety gear, and site welfare amenities.
Risk Management: Track compliance metrics and resolve potential legal liabilities or employee grievances. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLB/LLM), HR, or Business Administration.
Experience: 13 to 15 years in statutory labor compliance or contract workforce management.
Skills: Deep knowledge of Indian labor regulations, vendor auditing, risk mitigation, and solid stakeholder communication
