About the Role

CS Soft Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Staffing to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new staffing clients.

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the staffing/recruitment industry, with proven experience in client acquisition, staffing account onboarding, business development, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for building a robust client pipeline, understanding workforce requirements, presenting staffing solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and target potential clients requiring staffing and recruitment solutions.
Generate new business prospects through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry connections.




Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify staffing requirements.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and introduce relevant staffing solutions.
Convert qualified leads into successful business engagements.
Staffing Client Onboarding
Take ownership of the complete client onboarding process, from initial discussions to successful account activation.
Understand client manpower requirements, hiring volumes, job profiles, locations, experience requirements, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Discuss and finalize commercials, staffing models, service terms, SLAs, and other business requirements with clients.
