Back Office Executive / Data Entry Executive Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office / Data Entry Executive to handle data management, documentation, and administrative tasks from a remote work environment. Freshers and experienced candidates with basic computer knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day back-office and data-entry activities.
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and Excel sheets.
Manage digital records, documents, files, and reports.
Verify information and correct data discrepancies.
Handle emails and routine online communication.
Prepare and maintain basic reports.
Coordinate with internal teams through phone, email, and online platforms.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all data entered.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,



Google Sheets, and computer operations.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
