SynapseWave builds ODIN, a high-performance trading platform used by brokers and institutional participants. It spans order management, risk management, exchange connectivity, and a desktop front-end. We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst Trainee who can sit between our business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams — understanding what the market needs and translating it into transparent, buildable requirements.

This role is a strong fit for a B.E./B.Tech(CSE, IT, ECE) + MBA fresher who enjoys structured thinking, is comfortable around technology, and wants to build a career in fintech and product management.

Key Responsibilities
Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and users to gather and understand requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases (BRD / FRD).




Analyze existing workflows within ODIN modules and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams through the full SDLC — from requirement to release.
Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and open issues across the project lifecycle.
Support QA in validating test scenarios and coordinate UAT with stakeholders through sign-off.
Perform basic data analysis (SQL queries, Excel-based analysis) to support product and business decisions.
Study exchange circulars (NSE, BSE, MCX, SEBI) and help assess their impact on our product.
Continuously build knowledge of the capital markets domain and the technology stack behind ODIN.

Required Skills
Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Valuable understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with APIs, web applications, and general
