Job Summary:

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is a highly skilled skilled responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical systems, products, and solutions. With a degree or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience, this role demands advanced technical knowledge, creativity, and a proactive approach to solving engineering challenges. The Engineer will take ownership of critical design projects, mentor junior engineers, and work cross-functionally with teams to ensure high-quality designs are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Mechanical Design and Innovation:
Lead the design and development of cutting-edge mechanical systems, products, and solutions, utilizing the latest engineering practices and technologies.
Conduct in-depth design analysis, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis), CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and other advanced simulations, to optimize performance and ensure structural integrity.




Innovate and develop current mechanical concepts and systems, pushing the boundaries of product design while considering cost, performance, and manufacturability.
Product Development and System Integration:
Drive the full product lifecycle from concept development through to prototype, testing, production, and continuous improvement.
Oversee system integration, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems with electrical, control, and software components, particularly in automated systems and robotics.
Manage and oversee complex, multidisciplinary design projects that require coordination across engineering disciplines (electrical, software, and manufacturing).
Design Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead a team of junior and mid-level design engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship in the development of mechanical designs.
