Visit customer sites for installation and complaint resolution.
Complete assigned jobs within the specified time.
Coordinate with the Network Operations/Support team during troubleshooting.
Take proper photographs before and after installation where required.
Maintain tools and testing equipment carefully.
Maintain spare material issued for field work.
Return defective/replaced equipment to the office.
Update job status after completing each assignment.
Obtain customer confirmation after successful completion.
Keep the workplace clean after installation.
Install IP and analog CCTV cameras.
Install and configure NVR/DVR.
Configure camera IP addresses.
Add IP cameras to NVRs.
