Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Tricity

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Aluminum & uPVC Windows & Doors industry.

Note: Prior experience in Aluminium / uPVC Windows & Doors / Glass Sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Generate new leads and build robust customer relationships
Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into orders
Develop business through dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and project clients
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders
Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Requirements: -
Prior experience in Aluminum / uPVC Windows & Doors Sales / Glass will be preferred
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Positive knowledge of the local market and customer network
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
