We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialists to join our expanding sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Drive lead conversions by effectively communicating product and service perks.
Manage, track, and update leads and interactions within the CRM system.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the broader sales team to enhance overall conversion strategies.
Contribute directly to achieving revenue and performance goals.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
2–4 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a robust sales mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Willingness to work six days a week from the Ahmedabad office.
