Role & responsibilities

Seeking an experienced FMS Consultant with solid expertise in Server Administration, SCCM/MECM, Endpoint Management, and IT Infrastructure Support. The role involves managing enterprise server environments, endpoint services, patch management, incident resolution, and ensuring high availability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support, desktop support, Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Administer SCCM/MECM including software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance monitoring.
Monitor server and endpoint health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L3 support.
Perform backup, restore, system upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
Support Intune and contemporary endpoint management initiatives.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and security policies.




Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and project delivery.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
Support Remote connectivity, and collaboration platforms.
Drive continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support and Operations.
Robust knowledge of:
Windows Server Administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
SCCM/MECM Administration
Patch Management & OS Deployment
Microsoft Intune
PowerShell Scripting
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Endpoint Security & Compliance
ITIL Processes
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS).
