Role & responsibilities
Identify manual and repetitive processes and convert them into automated workflows.
Automate processes across Audit, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Administration and Internal Operations.
Build AI-powered workflows, tools and AI agents.
Implement solutions for document processing, data extraction, reporting, email automation, client communication and knowledge management.
Integrate AI and automation with applications such as TallyPrime, Zoho Books, CRM, Excel, Google Workspace and other cloud applications.
Develop dashboards and automated reporting using Excel, Power BI and data analytics tools.
Explore and implement current AI tools to improve productivity across the firm.
Train and support team members in adopting AI and automation tools.
