Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
HR Operations
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Support attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower tracking.
Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and other employee documentation.
Update employee information in HRMS/Workday.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and events.
Support employee communication and HR initiatives.
Assist in collecting employee feedback and maintaining engagement records.
HR Compliance & Documentation
Assist in maintaining documentation related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.




Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare HR MIS and manpower reports.
Maintain recruitment, attendance, and employee trackers.
Assist in preparing Excel-based reports and presentations.
Support HR data analysis and management reporting.
General HR & Administration
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Assist in employee welfare and facility-related activities.
Support coordination with housekeeping, security, and other HR/admin vendors.
Perform other HR-related activities assigned by the HR team.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
