Role & responsibilities:

Generate current leads for MSME / Business Loans through field visits.
Visit local shops and small businesses such as:

Grocery Stores

General Stores

Restaurants

Salons / Hair Cutting Shops

Retail Shops

Traders

Small Business Owners
Identify potential customers and explain Business Loan products.
Understand customer business and loan requirements.
Collect required KYC and financial documents.
Verify customer and business details before loan login.
Complete the loan application and coordinate with the processing/credit team.
Follow up with customers from login to disbursement.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Cover the assigned market within the 25 KM branch radius.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide proper service.

Preferred candidate profile:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Graduate candidates can also apply.
